Stall Inclusions
- Per 6/9 sq mtr stall includes Pipe & Drape Booth, Name Fascia, 1 table, 2 Chairs & 1 power point.
- Any extra material can be ordered with the production agency of the show, or exhibitors may carry the required along with them

Payment Terms & Conditions
- Exhibitors have to participate for all 3 days of exhibition. The stall will be considered booked only after receipt of the booking amount Is received in full and advance
- The payment has to be made 100% in advance at the time of confirmation of the stall, along with filled application form and purchase order
- All documents required to obtain the visa support letter need to be submitted latest by the 30th June 2020
- Cost of any extra activity elements and giveaways will be additional
- Any cancellation to be made, has to be done 90 days before the event start date and 50% will be deducted from the contract amount. After this no queries of cancellation will be entertained
- In case of Cancellation or postponement of event due to any unavoidable circumstances, ShowMan will reschedule the event in 360 Days and the money will not be refunded to the signed exhibitor
- Decision of ShowMan management is final and binding in all regards
- Force majeure & other general conditions applicable
- All terms and condition applicable as per contract form
