Welcome to the “Made in India Expo” website (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use our website.

1. General Information

The “Made In India” Exhibition (referred to as the “Exhibition”) is organized by Showman Sphere. The Exhibition aims to showcase products, services, innovations, start-ups, culture, food, and diversity of India. By participating in or attending the Exhibition, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Participation

2.1 Registration:

All participants must complete the registration process accurately and provide the required information, including company details, product descriptions, and contact information.

2.2 Acceptance:

The organizer reserves the right to accept or reject any application for participation without providing a reason. Acceptance of participation is subject to availability and suitability of the products or services.

2.3 Compliance:

Participants must comply with all rules and guidelines set forth by Showman regarding display, conduct, and safety. Any changes to the allocated space or display must be approved by Showman in advance.

3. Use of Website

3.1 Eligibility:

You must be at least 18 years old to use our website. By using our website, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.

3.2 License:

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our website for personal and informational purposes. You agree not to use the website for any commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

3.3 Prohibited Activities:

You agree not to:

Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
Use the website in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.

4.2 Ownership:

Participants retain ownership of their intellectual property rights. However, by participating in the Exhibition, participants grant Showman a non-exclusive license to use their company name, logo, and promotional materials for the purpose of marketing and promoting the Exhibition.

4.3 Website Content:

All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of “Made In India Expo” or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

4.4 Restrictions:

You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the website without our prior written consent.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Participation Fee:

Participation in the Exhibition requires payment of the specified participation fee as determined by Showman.

5.2 Deposit:

Participants are required to make a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total participation fee at the time of registration.

5.3 Final Payment:

The remaining 50% of the participation fee must be paid no later than 100 days prior to the start of the Exhibition.

5.4 Cancellations:

Cancellations made more than 100 days in advance of the Exhibition start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total participation fee.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 100 days of the Exhibition start date.
Failure to make the final payment by the specified deadline may result in the cancellation of the participant’s registration, and the participant will forfeit the initial deposit.

5.5 Changes to Payment Terms:

Please note that the payment terms mentioned above are subject to change at the discretion of Showman. Any changes to the payment terms will be communicated to the participants in advance.

6. Data Security

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. These measures include:

Secure networks: Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights and are required to keep the information confidential.
Encryption: We use encryption technology to protect sensitive information transmitted online.
Regular monitoring: We regularly monitor our systems for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.

7. Liability

7.1 Safety and Security:

Showman will take reasonable precautions to ensure the safety and security of the Exhibition premises. However, participants are solely responsible for safeguarding their own products, materials, and personal belongings.

7.2 Loss or Damage:

Showman will not be liable for any loss, damage, theft, or injury incurred during the Exhibition, including but not limited to loss or damage to participants’ property or products.

7.3 Insurance:

Participants are advised to obtain their own insurance coverage for their products, displays, and liabilities arising from their participation in the Exhibition.

8. Conduct

8.1 Professionalism:

Participants must maintain a professional and respectful demeanor throughout the Exhibition. They should adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and codes of conduct.

8.2 Prohibited Behavior:

Any form of discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the Exhibition premises.

9. Termination or Modification

9.1 Right to Modify or Cancel:

Showman reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Exhibition in whole or in part, without liability, due to unforeseen circumstances such as force majeure, government regulations, or safety concerns.

9.2 Notification:

Participants will be informed in advance of any significant changes, modifications, or cancellations whenever possible. In case of cancellation, any participation fees paid by participants will be refunded, excluding any non-refundable expenses already incurred by Showman.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 Governing Law:

These Terms of Service and Participation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.

10.2 Jurisdiction:

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
